How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact JunoActive Customer Service Department at 1-800-586-6642. Their Customer Service Hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday.
I have not received my refund in my bank account. What should I do?
If you received an e-mail confirmation stating you are going to be refunded, rest assure that JunoActive have processed the refund on their end and that it may take up to 30 days for some banks to show the refunded amount in your account. Contact your banking provider to see how long processes like refunds take for them.
