Kammok aim to get you geared up as soon as possible. This is a high volume time, so please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If you ordered a product that is preordered or back-ordered, please refer to the ship date on the product page or in your order details. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email from them with tracking information.
If you'd like to exchange your gear, they recommend requesting a return for store credit. Once Kammok receive the returned item, you will receive a store credit code and can place a new order on Kammok.com using your credit.
You may request a return for an item within 30 days of purchase at Kammok.com. You can select to return for store credit or refund to the original payment method. Kammok provides free shipping labels to customers in the United States to help facilitate your exchange. However, they are unable to send international shipping labels. You are responsible for shipping back gear to return within 30 days to receive reimbursement.
Kammok do their best to process returns and exchanges within 5 business days after they are received at their facility. Please keep in mind that they may be backlogged after peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer to process your return during those times.

Kammok has a 30% off code available on the homepage, which works well across most basket sizes. However, you have several other codes and sales to consider depending on what you're buying and how much you plan to spend. The right choice comes down to your order total and which products are in your cart.
On smaller orders under $70. The 30% off code will beat the $20 off sitewide code every time on low spend baskets. On a $50 order, for example, 30% off saves you $15, whereas the $20 off code saves $20, but the $20 code still wins here. On a $60 order, 30% off saves $18 and the $20 code saves $20. For the smallest carts under $67, the $20 off sitewide code is your best option.
On orders of $67 to $100. The 30% off code becomes more valuable as your basket grows. On a $70 order, 30% off saves $21 against the $20 code's fixed savings. At $100, the 30% code saves $30 versus $20. If you are a first time customer and your order meets the $100 minimum, the first order code offering $20 off at $100 or more matches the sitewide $20 code, so the 30% code still wins by delivering $30 in savings.
On orders over $100. The 30% off code continues to outpace the fixed amount codes. On a $150 order, 30% off saves you $45. Use this code unless you are buying from the outlet, crosswings sale, or bundle collections.
On outlet and sale products. The outlet sale offers up to 35% off selected gear, and the Crosswing seasonal sale brings savings of up to $250 on select models. These discounts apply to specific products only and cannot be combined with codes. Check which items qualify for each sale before you apply a code, as a big outlet markdown may already beat your 30% code saving.
On bundles. The Portable Patio Bundle is 14% off, while the broader Bundle Collection offers up to 20% off selected items. These are separate from the codes and cannot stack, so compare the bundle discount to what the 30% code would deliver on that same bundle price.
When combining offers. The terms state that most sales cannot be used with other offers, so you cannot stack a code on top of an outlet markdown. Calculate the final price under each eligible offer and apply whichever leaves you paying less. Check Kammok's website for the full list of which products fall under each exclusion before checkout.
