The transit time is dependent upon the distance between the factory and the shipping destination. Shipments often take about 1-5 business days. 99.9% of all the orders that they process are shipped on time.
You will receive an email notifying you that your order was picked up by the shipping company, and they will include a tracking number in that message.
Once your order is shipped, they will email you the tracking information.
They are improving their return and exchange policy for a limited time by extending it to 100 days and allowing you to return any incorrect order. That's right, if you wish to return any incorrect order (misprint, wrong item, wrong artwork) under $1,000, they will take it back, no questions asked, for a full refund, and pay for shipping.
Here is the fine print:
Customer must return the full, unused order to AnyPromo within 100 days of receipt.
If the order is not complete, is damaged, or used, the customer will receive internal credit for pieces returned (including any charges for setup or run charges).
