Because of the delicate nature of jewellery, any damage caused by wear and tear will not be replaced. Follow the guidelines listed below to ensure your jewellery will not be damaged.

• Always remove the jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing or cleaning with household chemicals, especially ones containing bleach or ammonia.
• Be sure to apply hairspray, creams, makeup, and fragrance before putting on your jewellery.
• Do not expose leather jewellery to water or any form of moisture, and always make sure your plated jewellery is dry before storing—moisture leads to natural tarnish.

What makes Karma and Luck stands above other similar online retailers is their brilliant customer service. They put their customers as a top priority. Their team responds as quickly as possible and through various platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Email. Whatever your inquiry is, Karma and Luck is always there to help you!

Karma and Luck has a broad range of codes and sales running at any given time, with the extra 40% off clearance code as the headline offer. This code stacks on top of clearance prices to deliver the steepest savings, though it is restricted to clearance items only, and a number of other codes offer better value depending on your basket size and what you are buying.

Buying from clearance. The extra 40% off clearance code gives the biggest discount available on items already marked down, so use that. This code cannot be combined with other offers.

Shopping full price items under $45. Use the 25% off code that applies to any order, since it gives more than the 20% alternatives. On a $40 order, for example, you save $10, leaving you with $30 to pay.

Shopping full price items over $45. The 25% off orders over $45 code is your best choice here. On a $100 order, it saves you $25, bringing the total to $75. Do not use the 25% off any order code instead, since both are worth the same at this threshold and the over $45 version is explicitly designed for larger baskets.

Buying red string collections. The red string collections code gives 25% off those items specifically. On a $60 red string collection purchase, you save $15 and pay $45.

Buying from amethyst, aquamarine and quartz collections. Use the 20% off code for that collection. On a $80 purchase from these ranges, you save $16 and pay $64.

Buying from the self empowerment collection. The 20% off self empowerment code applies here. On a $50 purchase, that is $10 off, leaving $40 to pay.

Buying sale items. The 20% off sale items code is better than the 10% off sale items code, so use that instead. On a $60 sale purchase, you save $12 and pay $48.

Buying hand made piece accessories. The 10% off code for hand made piece accessories is the only code specific to those items. On a $80 purchase, you save $8 and pay $72.

Buying two or more pieces of women's jewelry. The 25% off women's jewelry sale offer applies automatically on the website when you buy two or more pieces. On two pieces totaling $120, you save $30 and pay $90. Do not combine this with any code, as the sale offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Buying your favorite items as a bundle. The 20% off bundles sale offer applies automatically on the website. On a $100 bundle, you save $20 and pay $80. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Spending $250 or more on full price items. Two automatic offers apply at this level. The $20 off when you spend over $250 and the $10 off when you spend over $250. Use the $20 off offer, since it saves more. On a $250 order, you save $20 and pay $230. If you are buying red string collections at this spend level, compare the two: the 25% off code saves $62.50, bringing the total to $187.50, which is better than the $20 off.

Spending $350 or more. You qualify for a free gift automatically. The $20 off also applies at $250 and above. On a $350 order, use both the $20 off discount and the free gift, paying $330 plus getting a complimentary item.

Spending $400 or more. A second free gift tier applies, but the $20 off discount remains the only cash discount at this level. On a $400 order, you get $20 off (leaving $380 to pay) and a free gift, rather than picking between them.

Choose between codes and sales by calculating the final price each one leaves you with on your actual basket. A code takes the discount off the full price or sale price it applies to; a sale offer applies automatically at checkout. Since these offers cannot be combined, use whichever one saves you the most on your total.
