KeepCup dispatch from three locations - Melbourne, Idaho, and London - and your order will be shipped from the closest hub. At the moment their carrier partners are expecting longer delays and unpredictable delivery timeframes, so it's important to check local delivery expectations kept up to date by the carriers. They will work as usual to dispatch your order in 1-2 business days.
They operate a fast turnaround in their warehouse to get their orders out as quickly as possible and generally dispatch the next business day. If you need to make changes or would like to cancel, please contact them as soon as possible with your order number and change the request details. If they receive your request prior to dispatch, theyโll do their best to make the change or cancellation.
You must notify them within 14 days, and return the unused item to them (at your cost) within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, they canโt offer you a refund for anything other than a product fault.

Existing reusable cups were too large to fit under the espresso machine's group heads and had a utilitarian appearance at best. They created and manufactured the world's first reusable barista cup.
