La Canadienne Shoes will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. Any return requests received after this deadline will automatically be refused. A restocking fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged per unique order. If you return multiple items from the same order in a single shipment, only one $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once they receive your return, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Youโll receive an email when they have processed your refund.
