What are Liberty London payment methods?
Liberty London accepts payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.
Do I need to sign for my order?
To ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, they require proof of delivery for all orders. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery, you can personally contact DHL to request that they leave your parcel in an alternative location. Please note that this is at your personal discretion and means that Liberty takes no responsibility for lost parcels.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping cost and time are calculated during the checkout process.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order placed at libertylondon.com, please submit a cancellation request by clicking here. From the Submit a request drop-down, select the cancellation request, and please fill in the form with your order details. They are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.

When will my refund process?
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. With the exclusion of store purchases paid for by cash which will be refunded as a credit note. On receipt of a return, they will process the refund as soon as possible. They estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
What is your return policy?
Online purchase you have up to 30 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to them in their original condition. In-store purchases you have up to 14 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to them in their original condition.
