How much will my shipping cost?

They offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $125. All other domestic orders are shipped ground at a flat rate of $8.95. They also offer expedited shipping at checkout, and that will be calculated with the best shipping rates possible.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves their warehouse.

What is Live Forever Golf's return policy?

They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What if I receive damaged products?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How will I be refunded?

They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since they’ve approved your return, please contact them at customerservice@liveforevergolf.com.
