The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The original purchase minus shipping will be refunded to your account once it has been received, inspected, and approved.
They have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange it for a different size or design if you are not happy. Personalized, customized desk mats or leather mats are not eligible for exchanges and they do not accept returns. Please contact them with any questions. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
