For orders after the 10 days of carrier delivery but within the first 365 days from order placement, they can still help. If your cartridges are defective, they can set up a return for a refund. Please contact them with your order details ready, such as printer model, cartridge number, and order ID. If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, they will accept them if they are unopened and in sellable condition. For more visit ComboInk return policy.
