For orders after the 10 days of carrier delivery but within the first 365 days from order placement, they can still help. If your cartridges are defective, they can set up a return for a refund. Please contact them with your order details ready, such as printer model, cartridge number, and order ID. If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, they will accept them if they are unopened and in sellable condition. For more visit ComboInk return policy.
Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued to the same method of payment as your original order. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package to process.
Unfortunately, they are unable to offer exchanges. However, you would be able to send them back for a store credit or a refund, so you can order the items you need.

ComboInk has a tiered range of discount codes plus a sale on ink cartridges. The featured 10% off code at the top of this page applies when you spend $65 or more on ink and toner supplies, and it is the strongest percentage discount for orders at that threshold.
Small orders under $45. If you are spending less than $45, use the 6% off any order code to get a percentage discount on your purchase. This applies to inks, cartridges and accessories across the full range.
Orders from $45 to $65. Once you reach $45, the 8% off code with a $45 minimum spend becomes available and saves you more than the 6% option. On a $50 order, for example, the 8% off code gives you $4 in savings versus $3 with the 6% code.
Orders $65 and above. At $65 or more, the featured 10% off code at the top of this page is your best choice unless you are buying a specific product type that matches another code. On a $100 order, the 10% off code saves $10. This outperforms both the 8% code (which saves $8) and the 6% code (which saves $6).
Buying inks only. If your entire order is printer inks, check whether the 9% off inks only code saves more than your main code. On a $100 ink purchase, the 9% code gives $9 in savings against $10 with the 10% off code, so the featured code still wins. Use the 9% code only on orders under $65, where it saves more than the 6% option.
Buying combo packs. When your order contains ComboInk combo packs, the 8% off combo packs code applies. If you spend $65 or more, however, the featured 10% off code still saves more, so stick with that.
Buying incompatible and remanufactured cartridges. The 7% off all inks code covers this product type but it is weaker than most other options. Use it only if none of the higher percentage codes apply to your order.
Shopping the sale. ComboInk is running a sale on ink cartridges with discounts up to 80% off marked sale items. A sale markdown usually gives bigger savings than a code, but discounts vary by product. Check the sale price on cartridges you want against your best code offer for a full price purchase, then buy whichever is cheaper.
To choose between codes for the same order, compare them side by side at checkout and apply whichever one gives the larger saving. Most codes are valid until 1 November 2026, with the featured $65 minimum code expiring on 1 October 2026.
