Visit their website to place an online order. After you’ve created an account, follow the on-screen instructions to start your free online telehealth visit. Please be prepared to answer an online medical questionnaire naming all of the medication you are currently taking in addition to verifying your identity with a valid photo ID to complete the online telehealth visit.

Their network of medical providers will review and respond to your chart and medical questionnaire within 24 hours after placing your order. When your prescription is approved, it will immediately be sent to the pharmacy, where it will be filled and shipped. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy after 2 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. On average it takes about 1-2 business days to process your order. Once processed, your order is shipped based on your preferred shipping method. Delays can occur if the physician needs to schedule a secondary telehealth appointment.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, a medical provider will review your chart and medical questionnaire. Depending on your state, a medical provider may require a phone or video call to finish the consultation. You will be contacted if your physician needs more details. Please be aware that until your medical provider receives all necessary information, your order may be delayed.

Once logged into your MangoRx member account, click My Account and then Auto Refills from the member dashboard. Your next autofill will be processed 48 hours prior to the following due date, as indicated by the date of your most recent order.

MangoRx ships via UPS and USPS exclusively.
