Any used product will not receive a refund. If you would like a refund, the item must be unused and include all packaging, and tags and be accompanied by a receipt of purchase within the past 30 days. Any cash refunds greater than $150 will be paid out from company HQ within 2-3 business days. Any credit card refunds will be processed on the spot.
