To determine production time, simply look for the production time on the Product Detail page. The number indicates the number of business days the product will be ready to ship in. Actual shipping time is determined by the shipping method you choose. Production begins the following day after you approve your order. Please allow 1-2 extra days before production begins if Promo Direct creating print-ready artwork for you. Their production time is guaranteed with a one-colour imprint in a standard colour. Multi-coloured imprints and/or PMS colour matches may require additional production days.
Yes, if you would like a free sample of any item Promo Direct carry, simply call them at 800-748-6150. Tell them what you need and it will be shipped immediately. Most samples will have a random imprint. For some orders (over $15.00), a credit card may be required for authorization. You can also request a sample on any Product Detail page.
Yes, before Promo Direct put your order into production, you will receive an emailed proof of your imprint for final approval. This step in their ordering process ensures that your order will be processed accurately.
Yes, Promo Direct keep your artwork on file for three years. But the screens used to print your artwork are only kept for two years. If you place an exact re-order within this time frame you will not be charged for a new screen. You can use your art on other products. Digitally resizing your art is free of charge while screen charges for actual production may apply.
Your complete satisfaction is Promo Direct#1 goal. If your product or imprint is not exactly as you ordered them, they will rerun your order or credit your account. Their credit/return policy is 30 days after purchase.

Promo Direct currently lists a 10% off promo code at the top of the page, the promo you should try first if you have a small single order and prefer entering a checkout code. The site also runs a public 20% off sitewide sale and an up to 30% off sale on selected items, plus a $55 off deal on selected products; those public sales are best when they apply to the items in your cart or when they give a bigger saving for larger totals.
Under $100 orders. If your cart totals $100 or less, the 10% off coupon takes $10 off a $100 order, leaving $90, while the 20% site sale would take $20 off if it applies. Use the 20% sitewide sale when it covers your items because it saves more than the code on the same purchase. Use the 10% promo code only if the site sale excludes the items in your cart or you prefer to enter a promo code at checkout.
Mid size orders around the $100 to $300 range. If the items you want are part of the public 20% sale, it will usually save more than the 10% code. For example, on a $120 order, the 10% promo code takes 10% off to make $108, a $12 saving; the 20% sale reduces the same $120 to $96, a $24 saving, so the site sale is better when it applies. Use the $55 off deal only when it is specifically listed against the product you are buying; it can beat percentage discounts for certain price points.
When buying a selected product covered by the $55 off deal. Compare $55 off to the 20% sale using the product price. If the product is $250, 20% off reduces it to $200, saving $50, while $55 off drops it to $195, saving $55, so the $55 deal is better. If the product is $300, 20% off becomes $240, saving $60, which beats $55 off. The crossover price where 20% and $55 are equal is $275. Use $55 off for selected products under $275, and 20% off for selected products above $275 when both apply to that item.
Buying marked down or sale items. The up to 30% off sale applies to selected sale items only. If the item you want already shows a sale price with an extra percentage off, work out the final price from that sale percentage. For example, a sale item marked 30% off reduces its listed price by 30% and can outperform the 20% site sale and the 10% code, but only if that item is included in the up to 30% sale.
Newsletter signup and gifts. The newsletter signup is only relevant for first time subscribers who want email offers; it is not the lead offer and should be considered only if you want ongoing email promotions. Free artwork and the under $1 deals apply to specific categories and do not combine with the promo code if the terms forbid combining.
