Merrell offers shoppers a straightforward way to save on outdoor gear and footwear through the featured 30% off voucher for full-priced items, which works well if you're shopping for non-sale merchandise. The brand also runs multiple sale events with discounts up to 60% off selected styles, along with free shipping thresholds and occasional event-based promotions, so your best choice depends on what you're buying and how much you plan to spend.

Buying full-priced items under $75: The 30% off voucher code is your strongest option here. If you're picking up a single pair of full-priced shoes or a jacket, this gives you a reliable discount without meeting a minimum spend threshold.

Buying full-priced items $75 or more: Compare the 30% off code against free shipping if you'd qualify for it; the code typically delivers better value on full-priced stock, but free shipping saves $7–$15 depending on your order weight, so add both to your cart and see which produces a larger discount at checkout.

Shopping sale styles: Merrell's sale section rotates multiple discounts, with reductions reaching up to 60% on select styles. These sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions, so if you find what you want on sale, the sale price is your best option. Browse the sale section first to compare savings—you might find bigger percentage cuts on the exact items you're after than the 30% code alone would give you.

Women's bestsellers: If you're after women's styles, check whether your picks fall under the Women's Bestsellers Under $195 offer; this deal highlights curated selections at fixed price points and cannot be combined with other offers.

Labor Day shopping: The Merrell Labor Day Sale runs through September 8, 2026, and offers 25% off select styles. If the items you want are included, this is valid on its own—though it may save less than both the 30% code and the steeper sale discounts available elsewhere on the site.

Birthday month: If it's your birthday, you'll automatically receive 20% off at checkout, valid through the end of 2026. This applies even on sale items in some cases, so check your cart before choosing another option.

Only one offer applies at checkout, so add your items and compare the savings between the 30% code, any applicable sale discount, free shipping, and birthday or event promotions. Whichever calculates to the largest dollar discount is the right choice for your basket.
