If an order does include personalization/embroidery, please be aware personalization extends standard shipping + fulfilment time by 7-10 business days. When an order includes both embroidered and non-embroidered items, they wait to ship the complete order as one shipment.

• Returns can be started with an order number or email address.

• Unwashed, unworn items purchased within 90 days with an order number are eligible for return.

• All international orders, as well as personalized, embroidered, sale and items sold as “final sale”, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Once the return is received and processed, orders will either be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit to use towards a future purchase. All domestic Gift returns will receive store credit that can be used to shop online or in a Guideshop.

• All domestic Gift returns must be accompanied with an order number or record of the sale to be accepted.

• Shipping fees are not refunded.

• You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back.

• Please include the original packing slip from your order with your return.

• If no packing slip is included, your return might not be accepted.

• If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification.
