If you receive a damaged item, please let them know within 48 hours of the delivery.

They’re here to help, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Your refund amount will be the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee in the US or $20.00 in Canada. Route Shipping Insurance is Non-Refundable.

Many restless nights spent travelling to see relatives or staying in a hotel with their first daughter gave rise to the idea for SlumberPod , according to co-founder Katy Mallory.

Searching online for a portable, dark sleeping space for her infant, Katy brought along anything she could. In the absence of any suitable options, she (along with several others) turned to do-it-yourself methods to create a visual partition separating her from her child. Although the handmade solution was effective, it was neither secure, discreet, or simple to set up.
