They will notify you when the samples arrive at their lab via the contact information listed on the Result Notification Form you will return with your DNA samples. There is no online portal to register for. Instead, you’ll get the confidential results in the way you choose: by email, phone, or US mail.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT: If you decide to cancel your order after making a purchase but before the kit has been shipped, My Forever DNA may consider issuing a full refund at their discretion. Please be advised that a $25.00 administration fee will be subtracted from your total purchase amount.
