Nickel Designs Doormats do their best to process, paint and ship out standard orders as quickly as possible and their current production time is 1-2 weeks (5-14 days) for standard orders and 3-4 weeks (up to 28 days) for custom orders.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If a change needs to be made, please notify them via EMAIL within 24 hours of purchase. Nickel Designs Doormats will make every attempt to update the address when shipping but cannot guarantee any updates to the order. If your item is returned to them due to a mistake in the shipping address, you will be required to purchase a new shipping label and they will re-ship.
If you are missing an item, you must report it to them via email within 48 hours and they will do their best to try to find it. If an item is found to be lost in the mail, they will work with you to file a claim /or do it on your behalf and once the refund is received, they will re-send a new mat. If an item shows delivered via USPS/UPS they will not cover the insurance claim.
