Can I exchange my carpet?
Let them know within 30 days of receiving your order that you are not satisfied with your purchase and they will gladly exchange your order. This is not possible with customization unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect. If you want to exchange your item because you are dissatisfied, this is only possible if it is unused and undamaged. Free exchange is only possible for orders within the EU. Are there any costs for the return?
If you want to return a carpet, you must first report this to Online Carpets. Returns are free for orders over €150.
Do you offer a warranty?
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, they offer a 5-year warranty on their carpets under normal use. Please note that the guarantee amount is adjusted based on the age of the carpet.
