This is not possible with customization unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect. If you want to exchange your item because you are dissatisfied, this is only possible if it is unused and undamaged. Free exchange is only possible for orders within the EU. If you want to return a carpet, you must first report this to Online Carpets. Returns are free for orders over €150.
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, they offer a 5-year warranty on their carpets under normal use. Please note that the guarantee amount is adjusted based on the age of the carpet.
