Return information is provided in Orchard Mile's return communications to each customer once a return is requested. If the brand charges you a return fee, they will refund that amount directly to your original method of payment. Your returned item must arrive at the vendor no later than specified days (14 or 30 days depending on the vendor) after you receive the order. After this time they cannot guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for a refund.
