Buying from the sale section: The sale section has a few promotions running at once. Unfortunately, they are not currently able to offer an exchange service. If you require a different colour or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
If you find a fault with your purchase and you buy the item at their online store, you can return it within 6 months of the purchase date. To process the return, you will need to email the customer service team to inform them of the faulty product and provide photographs of the fault. The customer service team has accessed the claim and will process the refund if it is deemed valid.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 28 days from the day you receive it to return it to them. All items can be returned to them, apart from underwear, unless the product is still in its unopened packaging. Sale items can be returned. All returned items must be unworn and in a resalable condition.
For UK orders It can take up to seven working days for your returns to reach them. They aim to process your return on the same day they receive it. However, the process may take up to three working days during busy periods.
