To make sure you receive your items ASAP, they start processing your order as soon as they receive it. This means that once your order has been placed they are unable to cancel it.

Online Items must be returned within 21 days starting from the date the order is received for online store credit by filling out the return request form. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. Items must have all tags attached. Accessories such as earrings, belts, masks, and hair clips cannot be returned. A return shipping slip will be supplied for returns within Canada only. For the US and other countries, shipping return costs including customs & duties will be the customer's responsibility. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your store credit, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Own Your Elegance Inc.
