Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.

Returning unused and unopened items is easy.

Just send an email to hello@paist.co within 14 days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address for returns.

Please note that for returns to be accepted the product seal must be intact. International orders are not eligible of returns.

Before returning any product(s) it is important to use appropriate packaging and they recommend using a tracked service.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

They promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded.
