All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

They understand that sometimes a product is not 100% what you had in mind, so they’re offering a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused. Of course, if a product is defective they will replace or refund your purchase. There is no re-stocking fee for returns.
