To get your print on a standard turnaround time, you’ll need to make sure you order before 5 pm and avoid fancy finishes like White Ink, Perforation, Rounded Corners, Foiling and Personalisation, as these extras take a little more time.

The printed.com system will generate a delivery date before you place your order so you can be sure to make all deadlines. Check under Delivery information on the checkout page to see the estimated delivery date of your job. You can choose the express delivery option at this stage if it is available.

As soon as your order has left them they will send you a dispatch email and if you have chosen courier delivery you will also get a text from the courier company to keep you informed. You can use this to track your order online – just log in, go to My Account and click the Tracking tab.

It is not possible to return products for refund other than in the event of an order being produced to the wrong order specification or not to an acceptable standard. In either of these cases, they may reprint free of charge.
