Orders placed in countries outside the contiguous United States may require additional information at checkout, and verification during order processing and may take longer to be dispatched. All domestic orders ship FedEx and international orders will ship via DHL. At this time they ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes unfortunately, they are unable to ship to Ukraine and Russia as many services have been suspended within the region.
Sometimes the following situations can occur with deliveries marked as delivered:
A neighbor, roommate or maybe the doormen in your building may have accepted the package on your behalf
The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance
If you still can’t find the package, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, please reach out to customerservice@psychobunny.com with your order number and they can help you file a claim with Fedex.
You can start your exchange or return online: Visit their Returns and Exchanges Page. Print the shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label.
Once they receive your package in their warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
All Psycho Bunny products that are marked down by 50% off, socks and underwear are considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it, as they cannot make any changes once it has been processed.
Returns from outside of the United States can be sent via the courier of your choosing.
For international returns, you may process your return via their returns portal.
