Rent The Runway know you want new clothes feeling, fast, so all of their members enjoy free 2-day shipping or less (Monday - Friday). You'll see your expected delivery date for each shipment while you browse.
For upcoming deliveries, you will be able to track the order once it is on the move from the "Order Tracking" link on each item in your upcoming order on your home screen. You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. For shipments, you are returning back to RTR you can find the tracking information on the prepaid shipping label. They recommend taking a picture of this information if you'd like to track your return shipment.
Rent The Runway knows sending your rental back can be hard. That's why they made returns super easy. Pack up your rentals in the garment bag they came in. Be sure to return accessories and handbags in their dust bags or boxes. Clothing items can be returned with or without the hangers and plastic dry-cleaning bags. If you choose to send the hangers or plastic dry cleaning bags back with your rentals they will recycle them. No need to hang your items back up, they will take care of that for you. Remove the prepaid return label from the inside pocket of the garment bag and insert it into the plastic pouch on the outside of the bag. Then fold the bag, tuck in the handles, and zip it shut. Send your garment bag back via the carrier specified on your shipping label, or by scanning and returning your items at one of your local Drop-off Box locations. Just be sure to return your rental by your rental end date or you will be charged late fees in accordance with their policy.
