Day Passes may be cancelled or changed up until 10 am on the day of your booking for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day.
Cabanas and Daybeds must be cancelled or changed by 10 am on the day before your booked date as same-day cabana cancellations are non-refundable.
You can also Sign in to your ResortPass account which will automatically give you credit to use towards booking another daycation. If you would like a refund to your credit card, please E-mail, live chat, or call them to cancel your booking for a full refund back to your credit card.
All cancellation and refund requests that are received via email or live chat within the allowed cancellation period will be processed.
If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow hotel specific cancellation policy.
