Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Saltverk:
Saltverk accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
Saltverk use UPS as a Global Distribution Partner and they always provide a track and trace number on all orders.
For Denmark they use Bring and they always provide a track and trace number on all orders.
For US customers they both use FBA services and 3PL fulfillment party which contact buyers when the shipment is confirmed.
Saltverk only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at saltverk@saltverk.is and send your item to Nýbýlavegur 4, Dalbrekkumegin Kópavogur IS 200.
The Saltverk policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Saltverk will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Saltverk currently has a 20% off storewide promo that requires a checkout code, and that is the main offer on this page. The 20% off code at the top of this page is best if you are buying full price items across the site and want a simple, immediate discount at checkout.
Small orders under $50: If your cart is under $50 and does not include a sale item that already has a larger discount, use the 20% off code. For example, on a $30 order of full price goods the 20% off code takes $6 off, leaving $24. The newsletter signup may be worth joining if you are a first time shopper and prefer receiving future offers, but it is not the on page code and does not give an immediate checkout discount.
Orders of $50: Free shipping applies to orders over $50, so if your cart totals $50 exactly you will not qualify for free shipping by the stated rule. If you need to reach free shipping, add another item to get over $50 or accept the shipping charge. The 20% off code on a $50 full price order reduces the total to $40, saving $10.
Orders over $50: For mixed full price carts over $50, the 20% off code normally gives the biggest straightforward saving and also may drop your paid total well below the free shipping threshold. Because the free shipping threshold is stated as over $50, the order subtotal to trigger free shipping should be considered before relying on a code to keep you over that line. For a $60 order of full price items, the 20% off code reduces the price to $48, a $12 saving.
Items marked in the sale: Some salts are reduced by up to 22% on selected products. If every item in your cart is one of those selected sale products that carry 22% off, the sale price beats the 20% code for those items. For a $60 cart made up only of items with 22% off, the sale price would be $46.80, saving $13.20, which is better than 20% on the same full price total.
Bundles and sets: The Try All Six Saltverk Salts bundle has an automatic 14% off and the Luxury Gift Box Pure, Lava & Birch is priced at $50 as marked. Those discounts apply to those selected sets whether or not a code is used, and they are applied automatically. If you plan to buy a subscription, the 10% off subscription offer applies to recurring orders and is the one to take for that purchase.
Choose the option that leaves you with the lower total for the same items. Use the 20% off code at checkout for general full price carts. If your cart is entirely composed of sale items that show the up to 22% price reduction, take the sale price on those items because it will save more. For the specific bundles and the $50 luxury box, the automatic set price or bundle discount applies to those products and will often be the better route than a sitewide code for that single item. The site terms do not state whether the code and a set price combine, so treat them as separate unless the checkout confirms both apply.
