Saltverk use UPS as a Global Distribution Partner and they always provide a track and trace number on all orders.

For US customers they both use FBA services and 3PL fulfillment party which contact buyers when the shipment is confirmed.
Saltverk only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at saltverk@saltverk.is and send your item to Nýbýlavegur 4, Dalbrekkumegin Kópavogur IS 200.
The Saltverk policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
