For international shipments, all applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient and will be billed by the delivering carrier. Korchmar is not responsible for any duties and taxes associated with your shipment.
It is very important to them that you are satisfied with your Korchmar purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, they offer a simple return and exchange process.
You may return any unused, uncustomized merchandise that was purchased at Korchmar at full price up to 30 days from the receipt of the shipment for a prompt refund.
