They know how excited you are to receive your products, so they send an email notifying you that your order is on its way as soon as it’s been shipped! If you are unable to locate your shipping notification email, you can access your tracking link. If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be in the upper right-hand corner of this month’s item(s). Tracking information is typically available within 10 business days after billing occurs.

They are happy to offer returns on full-size fragrances, gift sets, and select à la carte purchases. Once your order is delivered to you, you have 15 days to return your item(s) in their original, unopened condition for store credit towards any purchase on the ScentBird site.If you’d like to make a return, please contact them to obtain an RMA number. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account. They will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

ScentBird subscription items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns. In the event your item(s) are not delivered in perfect condition, they are replaceable within 30 days of their delivery date. Please be sure to review your queue on an ongoing basis to ensure that they ship the items you’d like to receive.
