The 10% off voucher at the top of this page is the lead Seed + Mill offer, and it is best for new customers making their first purchase who want a straight percent discount across their cart. The voucher takes 10% off your first order online and cannot be combined with other promotions, so it suits shoppers who are not buying a marked price bundle that is already a set price.
Small orders under $50: If your cart is less than $50, the 10% off first purchase is usually the best choice if you are a new customer, because it reduces the whole order. Remember that free shipping only applies to orders over $50, so factor shipping into your final cost when deciding.
Orders of $50 exactly or just over $50: If you spend $50 or more, you qualify for free shipping. For a new customer, compare the 10% off against the value of free shipping. If the shipping charge you would otherwise pay is larger than the 10% saving, the free shipping threshold matters more; otherwise the 10% voucher will likely save more. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, so you cannot use it together with a priced set.
Buying the Sesame Starter Set for $50: The Sesame Starter Set is a fixed price of $50 as marked. If you are a new customer, you can apply the 10% off voucher only if the terms do not treat that set as a separate promotion; the voucher terms say the offer cannot be combined with other promotions, and the set is sold as price as marked, so treat the set as a promotion and assume the code may be excluded. If the code is allowed, the voucher would take 10% off the $50 set. If the code is excluded, you pay the marked $50 and get free shipping because the order meets the $50 threshold.
Buying the A Little Something Sweet Set for $80: This set is sold for $80 as marked. For new customers, check whether the 10% code applies to price as marked bundles; the voucher terms state it cannot be combined with other promotions, so the set may be excluded. If the code is allowed you would get 10% off the $80 set, but the terms suggest the set is a separate promotion and may not accept the code. Either way, free shipping applies at $50.
When choosing between the offers, run the numbers on your cart and take whichever leaves the lower total. Follow the voucher term that the 10% off cannot be combined with other promotions, so if a set is sold as a priced promotion you generally must choose either that marked price or the 10% first purchase discount, whichever gives the lower final price once shipping and eligibility are considered.
