What is the return policy?
Due to recent events, returns processing for online orders may take longer. For purchases made in-Store on or after Feb 15, they will extend the returns window for 30 days after the store re-opens. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How do I cancel/change my order?
Since shopDisney processes orders almost immediately, they are unable to make changes or cancel a submitted order.

Do local Disney Stores have different return policies than shopDisney?
Returns of merchandise to the Disney Stores will be accepted for merchandise purchased from Disney Stores and select merchandise from shopDisney, Parks Merchandise will not be accepted.
Returns must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt to receive a full refund. A Merchandise Credit for the full purchase price will be given within 30 days of the date of purchase with a gift receipt. A Merchandise Credit will be issued in the amount of the current selling price of the merchandise for returns made after 30 days and without a receipt. Proper I.D. may be required.
How do you handle defective or damaged items?
Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via prepaid UPS or insured USPS (to the address below) using the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip. Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Please allow 2 weeks for processing. You may only return orders within 30 days of the original shipping date.
