Your South Beach order will arrive in 1 to 10 business days (based on FedEx standard shipping timeframes). South Beach Diet warehouse puts dry ice in frozen orders to keep your food frozen for the duration of delivery. In general, food will stay frozen for about 4 to 6 hours once it is delivered. Upon delivery, we recommend unpacking your frozen order and placing it in your freezer right away. Your ready-to-go foods will be attached in their own box, and all foods will be labelled.

By choosing auto-delivery you accepted the terms of the auto-delivery agreement.

You may cancel your auto-deliveries at any time before 6:00 p.m. ET the day before your order is scheduled to be processed by calling 1-888-841-2620. If you cancel prior to paying for your second shipment, your payment method will credit South Beach Diet $70 for the auto-delivery discount you received on your first shipment. You may cancel any time after the second shipment with no charge whatsoever.

Although South Beach does not currently offer certified gluten-free diet foods, they do offer a few menu items that do not include gluten ingredients and can offer a wheat-free menu.
