Orders made within the US will be processed in the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, they estimate you will receive your order within 2 – 5 business days once the package has left their facility.
Return the order to them within 30 days of the purchase window in its original packaging, and they’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
The refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the order by the technical department and are followed up by a notification sent to the preferred contact method used for the purchase.
