After the ordered item is shipped, you can see the shipment tracking number that corresponds to your order number in my orders: order history section on my page.
They will also send you an e-mail containing the shipping details and the shipment tracking number to your registered e-mail address.
You can use either way to check this information.
Can I get an exchange/refund after receiving my products?
They do not offer replacements or refunds unless there are physical problems with the product. Should you find the specifications of the product received do not match what you ordered--or should you receive any incorrect items--please provide clear, close-up photos of the defective parts/items. Please include photos of the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom of the product along with photos of both the package and packaging. Please send these, together with the order information and a detailed description of the problem, to premium Premium Bandai customer service within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
