SPL Villas accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

Any cancellation made by the Client for whatever reason shall be in writing via email or posted to SPL at its business address. If via email it must come from the Client’s email address.

If SPL receives a cancellation, then all monies paid are forfeited.

It is the Client’s responsibility to arrange adequate holiday insurance for the Client and all members of the Client’s party.

This responsibility shall include insuring the Client’s and the Client’s party’s own possessions during the holiday including when they are on or in the contracted property.

If you wish to amend your holiday after it has been confirmed, (for example your chosen holiday date, accommodation or destination) they will do their best to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Where it is possible for them to make an amendment for you, the amendments will be subject to payment of an administration fee of £25 plus any additional costs imposed by any of their suppliers. Where they are unable to assist you with your amendment and should you not wish to proceed with your original booking, they will treat this as a cancellation by you. As such, you shall be liable to the cancellation fees under clause 3.2.
