Yes, just place unworn items with all tags intact back in the original box, attach the prepaid return label, and send this back to them – no paperwork is needed.
If you would like to track your returns, you can use the reference number on the prepaid postage label. Please request and keep your proof of postage for any returns, and hold onto this until your returns have been processed in their warehouse. If you need to confirm that they received your items, you can always contact them.
Check your Orders page to confirm whether you’ve been refunded for a return. It may take up to 14 business days from when you drop off your item to receive a refund. If your refund hasn’t been processed within that time, contact them.
