To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any damaged item or not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to their error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

The 15% off voucher at the top of this page is the main Subminimal offer and is best for most purchases, especially when you buy one or more full price items. It is a checkout code that takes 15% off your order and applies while stock lasts, so use the code at checkout to redeem it. The smaller 5% off code and the two marked prices for the Nanofoamer Pro ($159.00) and Nanofoamer Go ($37.00) are other choices to weigh for low value or single item buys.
If you are buying only the Nanofoamer Go for $37.00, the 15% off voucher saves more than the 5% code. On a $37 order, the 15% code takes 15% off ($5.55), leaving $31.45, a saving of $5.55; the 5% code would save $1.85 and leave $35.15. Use the 15% off voucher at the top of this page for the best result.
If you are buying only the Nanofoamer Pro at its sale price $159.00, the 15% off voucher again gives the larger saving. On a $159 order, the 15% code takes 15% off ($23.85), leaving $135.15, while the 5% code takes $7.95 and leaves $151.05. Because the Pro is offered at a marked price, the code applies to that price and the 15% voucher saves the most.
If your cart has both Nanofoamers (one Pro and one Go) for a combined $196.00, the 15% off voucher is still better. On $196, 15% off is $29.40, leaving $166.60; 5% off would be $9.80, leaving $186.20.
If you have a very small incidental purchase under $10 or are only buying a single low price accessory, the percentage codes still apply but savings are small; use the 15% voucher if it is accepted for that product.
If you are choosing between a marked price item and full price items elsewhere on the site, remember the sale prices for the Nanofoamer Pro and Nanofoamer Go are shown as prices as marked, and the 15% code should apply to the order price shown. The 5% code is never better than the 15% code for the same basket total.
When choosing between the offers, calculate the total order price first and then apply the percentage that leaves the lower final total. For every example above the 15% off voucher at the top of this page gives the greater dollar saving than the 5% code, so take the 15% code when it is accepted. There is no stated rule in the listed terms that these offers combine, so apply a single code at checkout as the terms direct.
