Please note that they only accept returns for unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date. Taos recommend trying on your footwear indoors and on carpeted surfaces. Exchanges are always free. Returns for a refund are free at a Return Bar, otherwise, there is a $10 restocking fee for returns by mail. You can generate a label through their online portal and $10 will be deducted from your final refund.
