Birdy Grey can’t wait for you to receive your order. As soon as your order ships, they will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Sometimes, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
You have 14 days from the date of the delivery to send it back to them for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & unused, and the original tags must be attached. Please note, a $10 restocking fee will be applied to all bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen tie returns, per dress and tie. Restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund. Don't worry, you won't be charged a restocking fee for exchanges.
