The Bouqs Co. ships USA only.
The Bouqs Co. offers farm-fresh deliveries Tuesday-Saturday and limited deliveries on Monday. There is an additional charge for delivery on Saturday.
Once your product has been picked up and scanned by the courier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link that will direct you to the most up-to-date tracking details.
The Bouqs Co. offers free shipping on orders placed through their subscription or scheduler services. For all other orders, there is a $12 fee per Bouq for customers who have a registered account on Bouqs.com. Guests who checkout without an account will see an $18 delivery fee. An additional $9 will be charged for Saturday delivery. This includes Subscription orders when you choose a Saturday delivery date. Some Promotions will include a different shipping charge that may be different from the $12 shipping fee. Please see the specific promotion's landing page for applicable fees.
There are no refunds or returns for the goods purchased on the service as all sales are final but you may receive a replacement bouquet only if the wrong item was delivered or the bouquet arrives in substandard condition.
