If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund or replacement within 60 days of the purchase date. All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Items being returned must be in the condition you received them and come with the original packaging intact. Returns not meeting the above conditions may be rejected or subject to a 30% restocking fee. Personalized items, special-order items, gift certificates, and media items such as books, CDs, DVDs cannot be returned. Bulk Orders with 30 or more of the same item are non-returnable. For orders that were originally shipped free, their shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
