Just over the free shipping threshold: if your cart is $130 and you need free shipping, the free shipping threshold is $125 before any code unless stated otherwise. Use whichever reduces your final total most while keeping you over $125. For example, 20% off a $130 cart takes $26 off to $104, which would drop you below the free shipping threshold and add shipping cost, so in that case you may save more by removing the code and keeping the $130 to get free shipping if shipping would cost more than the extra you pay. Work the numbers for your cart and shipping cost to decide.
Higher spend orders: on a $200 cart, the 20% off code reduces the total by $40 to $160, while the 15% Fall Prime Day sale reduces it by $30 to $170. So for full price items use the 20% code; on a $200 order the 20% code leaves the lower total.
