There is a minimum charge of $39.99 and a maximum charge of $312.50 (12.5% of order value). They do not ship outside the continental USA. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, they can ship your order to any mainland destination, shipping arrangements from there to you are your sole responsibility.

Everything you need will be supplied with your order. Shutters are supplied with a custom-built frame and all the hardware. You will need no more than a spirit level, drill and good quality steel tape measure in order to measure and install their shutters. Depending upon your wall or window type, you may be required to supply your own wall fixings to suit but they do supply all screws.
Shutters come with a 24- 36 month guarantee, contingent upon the range ordered, protecting against any manufacturing defects. Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of order receipt as such is not covered under the guarantee period.
