For convenience, if a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, they will: Automatically issue a Voucher valued at the purchase price of your tickets. Please note: If they do not receive a written request for a refund (fewer fees) within 10 days from the issuance of the Voucher, they consider the transaction complete and look forward to sending you to another performance soon.
