Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or text with a tracking number.
As soon as they receive your order, they start working on it right away. Due to this, they are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel an order after it is placed. If you have an issue with an order, please drop them a line at customerservice@topdrawershop.com immediately and they will do their best to help.
If the item was purchased directly from Topdrawer, please return it to them directly within 30 days of purchase for a refund. At this time, they are only able to provide pre-paid return shipping labels for damaged/defective products or if they made a mistake on your order and sent the incorrect item(s).
If you would like a different product or colour than what you ordered, you may return the original item in new condition and place a new order. Please follow the return instructions to send back the product you wish to replace. Your refund for your original order will be issued once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected.
