As soon as they receive your order, they start working on it right away. Due to this, they are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel an order after it is placed. If the item was purchased directly from Topdrawer, please return it to them directly within 30 days of purchase for a refund. At this time, they are only able to provide pre-paid return shipping labels for damaged/defective products or if they made a mistake on your order and sent the incorrect item(s).
If you would like a different product or colour than what you ordered, you may return the original item in new condition and place a new order. Please follow the return instructions to send back the product you wish to replace. Your refund for your original order will be issued once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected. Topdrawer has a $15 off code as its headline offer, which works well for many shoppers. However, the brand also runs ongoing sales with up to 75% off selected items, which may save you more on a larger order depending on what you are buying. Your best choice depends on whether you are shopping full price items or sale items, and how much you plan to spend.
On a small order under $65 of full price items, the $15 off code is your best option. On a $50 purchase, for example, the code takes your total to $35, a saving of $15. If you prefer an alternative, the $10 off code saves less, leaving you with $40 instead. Neither of these codes stacks with other discounts, and neither applies to sale merchandise, so they only work on full price stock.
On a full price order of $65 or more, you get free standard shipping in addition to either code. The $15 off code still applies, giving you the discount plus the shipping saving. Again, check that you are buying full price items, as these codes do not work on sale prices.
If you are shopping the sale section, the codes do not apply. Instead, use the store's active sales. The up to 75% off sale items offer saves the most on heavily discounted pieces. On a $100 sale order at an average markdown of 60%, for example, your total would be $40, a saving of $60. The up to 55% off last chance sale and the two 50% off last chance sales offer lower maximum discounts, so they suit items with smaller markdowns. Be aware that all sale offers are only valid on selected items and while stock lasts.
There is also a $10 off offer on the FINN HOUNDSTOOTH item specifically. If that piece is in your cart and you would otherwise use a code, compare the two: the $15 off code saves more on most orders, but work out both prices to be sure.
The newsletter signup currently offers no immediate discount, so it is not your first choice. Free ground shipping is available on all orders if you prefer that to standard shipping, which carries a free threshold of $65.
Pick the offer that leaves the lowest total at checkout. If you are buying full price items, compare the $15 off code against the $10 off code and take whichever brings you closer to your target price. On sale merchandise, use whichever sale markdown applies to the items you want and do not apply a code.
