Let TOUS know the order number and the product code or product name of the item you wanted and they will look into it. They will usually be able to send you the missing item, but on the rare occasion that is not possible, they will quickly reimburse you for it.

Changes and returns are accepted when the piece is in perfect conditions and there has not passed more than 30 days from the purchasing date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the sales receipt.
