This helps their roasters better plan their roasting schedules and ensures that your coffee goes out faster! Trade Coffee believes that their equipment has something to offer for all tastes and experience levels, but they know that sometimes returns are necessary. As long as it is in the original packaging and still in ‘like new’ condition, most equipment can be returned within 15 days of the shipping date. However, they are unable to accept returns on powered equipment (equipment that plugs into an outlet).
