Once payment is cleared, they will post out the package within 1-2 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) and the tracking number will be updated once posted out. The shipping rates will be charged according to weight and will be shown during checkout.
Yes, you can paint it. UGears recommend to use watercolour, gouache or mordant. Acrylic paint is also possible, but a slightly thicker layer might interfere with the gears moving.
There is a wooden axis (standard toothpick 65 * 2 mm) provided in each set. What is not given in the set are pen knives and ordinary candle wax or paraffin.
You may return the purchased items to UGears only due to product defect within 14 working days for a replacement. Below are the Term and Conditions:
Returned item must be in its original condition.
14 working days are counted from the date you receive the merchandise. This date will be indicated on the delivery notice.
Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to them.
